We maintain a clean room assembly facility dedicated to the assembly and test of high precision Electro-Mechanical Assemblies, processes can include ultrasonically cleaning, automatic assembly, riveting & PEM fasteners, calibration, and testing to ensure customer specifications are meet. Specific testing such as, dimensional, functional operation, assembly torque & force, leak & flow testing, electrical testing of mechanical or electrical assemblies are all performed in house.

The value added assembly and test is cost effective and efficient, due to our innovative methods, in house tooling design, and low overhead solutions developed from many years of working with customers in many industries including Automotive Fuel Systems, Automation and Robotics, Industrial Tools & Equipment, Rail Transit, assembling and testing products such as Rail Brake Hub Assemblies, Fuel injectors, Valves & Regulators, Machine Sub-Assemblies
